Dear Emily,

Your test results from your visit are now available to view. Everything is essentially normal. The borderline low MCV in your is OK since the Hgb is normal. Though your total cholesterol is slightly elevated, the LDL is OK and your HDL is outstanding. Keep up the good work on your low cholesterol diet. I'll send you a PAMFOnline reminder when it's time to recheck your . Because of your family history of CAD and obesity, I would also suggest you explore registering for one of our PAMF education courses on weight management at http://www.pamf.org/events/calEvents.cfm, and maintain the aerobic exercise program we discussed.
