Richard T. Garrigan is a professor of finance at DePaul University Graduate School of Business and is president of Richard T. Garrigan and Associates, Inc. He is also the co-editor of The Handbook of Mortgage Banking (Dow Jones-Irwin). John F.C. Parsons is founder and managing director of MacGregor Associates, which provides consulting services to institutional real estate organizations. His opinions have appeared in The Wall Street Journal, Mortgage Banking, and Pension World.
