Thomas Kuczmarski is president and senior partner of Kuczmarski & Associates, a Chicago-based management consulting firm, and is a nationally recognized expert in innovation. Arthur Middlebrooks is a partner with Kuczmarski & Associates and is an adjunct professor of services marketing at the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business. Jeffrey Swaddling is a senior associate with Kuczmarski & Associates.
