Author Biography

Dan Newland, MCSE, MCT, A+, CTT+ (Fargo, ND) has been working with Microsoft products for over ten years, and has been an MCSE on the Windows NT 3.51, Windows NT 4.0, and Windows 2000 tracks. He has also worked as a trainer and as a consultant/engineer on numerous large network installations. He is currently the IT Manager for a firm in Fargo, ND. Eric Daeuber, MCSE, MCP+I, CCNA & CNA (Moorhead, MN) is a Networking instructor at Northwest Technical College, where he teaches Windows, Cisco and A+ courses. He has served as the Director of Technology Services for the Dilworth-Glyndon-Felton, and Breckinridge school districts and provides independent consulting for Charpentier Hovland Advertising and GL Ness Advertising.
