Stephen Hutnik CCNA (Hawthorne, NY) is a Senior Network Engineer at IBM Global Network Services, where he is responsible for development, testing and training for the Global backbone of the IBM Network. He is also an adjunct Professor of Telecommunication at Pace University. He is a co-author of All-in-one Cisco CCIE Lab Study Guide.

Michael Satterlee CCIE (Hawthorne, NY) is a Senior Network Engineer at IBM Global Services, where he is responsible for managing the IBM Global Network Backbone Engineering Lab. He is a co-author of All-in-one Cisco CCIE Lab Study Guide.
