John Hedtke is the award-winning author of 16 books, including five books on Peachtree Accounting software. He is also a software expert with more than 20 years of experience, and he is a regular contributor to various computer magazines.

Connie Brenden has been a technical writer in the high-tech industry for the past 9 years. She currently works in the telecommuncations industry, and is on the board of the Puget Sound Chapter Society for Technical Communcation.
