Balaji Kumar is Vice President of Systems Planning at Telehub Communication. Previously, he was a Senior Manager at MCIWorldcom, responsible for local network strategy and architecture. He has vast experience within the telecommunications industry in the areas of network planning, process reengineering, and strategic development in the broadband environment. He is the author of Broadband Communications, Signature Edition (McGraw-Hill, 1998).
