Author Biography

Janelle Elms (Kirkland, WA) is an instructor with eBay University, training users across the nation on how to improve and maximize their success with the world’s top auction site. Along with teaching eBay seminars through eBay University and Discover University (a Seattle continuing education center), Janelle consults with individuals and businesses on how to utilize eBay within their business plans to increase profits. Michael Bellomo (Irvine, CA) Michael is an experienced author with 10 books under his belt, including Linux Blueprints, Windows 2000 Administration for Dummies, and Itanium Rising, a business-tech book ghostwritten with Jim Carlson, the former VP of Hewlett Packard. Michael has been interviewed at the Waterside Publishing Conference, and his work has been published in eight languages. Joel Elad (Irvine, CA) holds an MBA from UC Irvine with an emphasis in Entrepreneurship and IT. Prior to his MBA work Joel spent more than six years as an IT Specialist and Project Manager for IBM Global Services. Joel was one of the participants in eBay's first-ever focus group in 1997, and he continues to contribute to various studies and focus groups on eBay use; he also leads eBay workshops for small businesses.
